其實我說的是加拿大產地的冰酒2001年的,當時在加拿大買的貨價差不多500元港幣,我六年以來都是打竪 放,不知現在如何?有沒有變坏,因爲它的尊鈣實在有東西全封閉的.

我估計你那樽2001年的冰酒應該沒有變壞,如果冰酒直立的放在沒有陽光照射到的櫃內的話。因為......。 1)冰酒本身因為糖份高又濃郁,釀造完成入了樽的話穩定性很高。 2)一般冰酒上也有火漆封口,有火漆封口當然好過冇火漆啦! 3)加拿大冰酒好多都用黑色厚玻璃瓶,又有個靚靚紙筒包裝。如果你樽冰酒這樣齊齊整整長眠在櫃內的話,90%冇變壞啦! P.S:冰酒的陳年價值不會太高,事關穩定性高到不會像紅酒般出現成熟變化。如果是我的話已經把它喝掉了!

What wittelantaarnpaal said is correct. The ice wine itself is like Port Wine, it will not age after bottling. So the taste will not change much as time goes by. However, ice wine company usually will not use a very high quality cock and it can easily dry up if you don't lay it down flat when storing. I opened an ice wine last year (March 2006) , which I bought from Niagara Falls in 2003, the vintage is also 2001. Even though I laid it flat and keep it inside my temperature controlled cellar, unfortunately the cock still got dried up. Lucky that the wax seal helped keep the oxygen out and prevented it from oxidation. The taste was still okay, just the color got turned a little bit gold, instead of pale yellow, and the cock got damaged, so I had to use a filter to decant it.
