Thanks a lot.情況三： 請幫我們編寫A1 and A2報告，並下周一send給我們。如果報告不是你負責，請幫忙轉到相關的同事處理。 Please help us to prepare A1 and A2 report and provide to us by next Monday? If mentioned reports are not in charge by you, please help us to arrange them to relevant colleague. Thanks.

普通書信一樣,適當禮貌(無需太古雅)而簡短,是按格式寫,但不是附表,不是填寫,對客戶最有禮貌,合作方適量,不用太客氣.自己員工越簡越好,你中文用xxx,英文用xx,寫清楚. ---(Setting up a model template report)-------------------------------------------------------- Condition one:-If AAA report temp in his YTD report means your Co.'s xxx report,then his symbol on yy,mm,dd=11,12,28. and your symbol on yy,mm,dd=11,12,28,also. Condition two:-Please check the pack BBB from your ABC system. Please check the CCC and DDD from your e-mail attachment. Condition three:-Please arrange you or the relevant Dept.,on printing A1,A2,report and sending them to us by next Monday. There are too many errors in your statement Condition one where you've made obvious errors that causes misunderstanding which affects the result of my explainations.Note carefully.
